摘  要:研究直流电场对明胶溶液的作用,考察在不同pH和支持电解质的电场作用条件下,对明胶溶液等电点和黏度的影响。研究发现:经85mA直流电流作用1h,分别使用NaCl和Na2SO4做支持电解质时,位于阳离子膜阳极侧的明胶等电点分别降低0.4和0.2,无阳离子膜时等电点均升高0.2。明胶溶液黏度与电解时间成反比下降,当明胶位于阳离子膜阳极侧时黏度差值最大,而位于阳离子膜阴极侧时各电解条件对溶液黏度影响不大。电解对明胶的色泽、透明度没有影响。The performance of electric field changes on the isoelectric and viscosity of the gelatin solution was investigated at different pH and supporting electrolyte in the electric field under the different conditions. It shows that after electrolysis one hour at 85mA DC current strength, NaCl and Na2SO4 are used as supporting electrolyte , the isoelectric point of gelatin decreases by 0. 4 and 0.2 when the gelatin at the anode side of cationic membrane, and both increases by 0.2 when no cationic membrane exist. The gelatin viscosity decreases in the inverse proportion of electrolytic time, when it is at the anode side, the viscosity difference remains maximum, and when it is at the cathode side, all the electrolytic condition has unconscious effect on solution viscosity. Under all the electrolytic condition, the gelatin in the color, transparency, remains basically unchanged.
