热牙胶垂直加压充填磨牙弯曲根管的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的比较采用SybronEndo全能根管热压充填机行热牙胶垂直加压充填技术和采用传统冷牙胶侧方加压充填技术用于磨牙弯曲根管充填的治疗效果。方法选取患有牙髓病、根尖周病、具有弯曲根管的恒磨牙204例,随机分为2组。实验组102例150个根管用热牙胶垂直加压充填技术进行根管充填,对照组102例148个根管行冷牙胶侧方加压充填。观察术后疼痛发生情况、根充恰填率及成功率。结果实验组的术后疼痛发生率与对照组差别无统计学意义(实验组3.9%,对照组6.9%,p>0.05);实验组的根充恰填率高于对照组(实验组97.3%,对照组90.5%,p<0.05);实验组的治疗成功率明显高于对照组(实验组99%,对照组90.2%,p<0.05)。结论热牙胶垂直加压充填技术较冷侧方加压充填技术能显著提高磨牙弯曲根管的根管治疗成功率,并具有良好的根管三维充填效果。Objective To compare the therapeutic efficacy of the warm gutta-percha condensation technique and the cold later condensation technique in curved molar root canals.Methods 204 molars with curved molar root canals were divided randomly into two groups;Experimental group（102 cases,150 canals）were filled with the warm gutta-percha technique,while the control group（102 cases,148 canals）with the cold lateral condensation technique.The symptoms and incidence of the postoperative pain,the proper filling rate and the success rate were observed.Results The incidence of postoperative pain has no differences in two groups（3.9%：6.9% p0.05）.In experimental group,the proper filling rate and success rate were higher than those in the control group（97.3%：90.5% p0.05）（99.0%：90.2% p0.05）.Conclusion The warm gutta-percha condensation technique is superior to the cold lateral condensation technique in the filling of curved molar root canals.
