摘　　要：目的探讨胃镜辅助电视胸腔镜手术治疗食管良性疾病的实用性和安全性。方法食管平滑肌瘤摘除术和贲门失弛缓症肌层切开术患者20例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组10例。实验组行胃镜辅助电视胸腔镜手术;对照组行常规开胸手术。结果两组均无手术死亡。实验组在手术时间、术后胸腔引流量、胸腔引流管拔除时间及术后住院天数等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与常规开胸手术比较,胃镜辅助电视胸腔镜手术治疗食管良性疾病具有创伤小、恢复快的优点。Objective To summarize the efficacy and safety of treating the benign esophageal diseases with video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery（VATS） assisted by gastroscopy.Methods Twenty patients undergoing esophageal leiomyoma extraction or achalasia esophagomyotomy were randomized into two groups with 20 cases each.The patients in group A received VATS assisted by gastroscopy and those in group B underwent conventional thoracotomy as the controls.Results There was no operative death in both groups.The operative time,postoperative thoracic drainage,the time of extracting drainage tube and postoperative haspital stay were all less in group A than those in group B（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compared to conventional thoracotomy,VATS assisted by gastroscopy for the benign esophageal diseases has the advantages of less operative trauma and quicker recovery.
