摘　　要：目的了解医学生疼痛程度的影响因素。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷对1 000名医学院本科生进行调查。疼痛程度分级采用语言评价量表（VRS）法。结果与健康者相比,亚健康者的疼痛程度增强。体重指数（BMI）每提高一个等级,疼痛程度减弱。与睡眠时间每天6-8 h的医学生相比,每天睡眠4-6 h的医学生疼痛程度增强。相对于中性性格者,外向性格、内向性格者的疼痛程度增强。结论健康状况、BMI、睡眠时间、性格明显影响人对疼痛的感觉程度。Objective To study the factors to influence pain feeling of medical students.Methods One thousand medical students were investigated about the factors to influence their pain degree using self-designing questionnaires.Verbal rating scale（VRS） was used to evaluate pain degree.Results VRS scores were higher in the students with subhealthy,lower body mass index（BMI）,introvert or extrovert than those with heahthy condition,which were higher in the students with sleeping time of 4 to 6 hours per day than those with sleeping time of 6 to 8 hours.ConclusionHealthy condition,BMI,sleeping time and temperament have significant impact on the pain degree.
