摘　　要：建立起符合科学发展观要求的、符合高校特点的干部考核评价机制,对干部进行客观公正的考核评价,并积极运用考核评价结果,是高校人才队伍管理与建设的重要组成部分,也是高校党的建设工作的重要课题。文章结合高校工作的具体情况,提出高校党政管理干部考核评价体系构建要合理制定考核评价指标,正确选择考核评价方法,积极运用考核评价结果,不断完善高校人事制度改革,推动高校整体办学目标的顺利实现。Setting up an assessment system which conforms to both the requirements of scientific conception of development and the university characteristics as well as making good use of the assessment results is one of the significant issues of university Party construction and university personnel management.With the intent to optimize university personnel system and to facilitate the realization of the goals of university education,some measures have been put forward herein.
