摘　　要：本文介绍了我国"基础学科拔尖学生培养试验计划"的推进与实施基本情况,以及我国高等学校拔尖创新人才培养有关做法,并探讨其取得的一些新突破。The paper introduced the basic condition of promotion and implementation for the test plan to cultivate top students in basic discipline. Also it presented the situation of top students cultivation in higher education institutions and discussed the new breakthrough.
