摘　　要：目的:探讨p53、Ki-67和E-cad-herin在三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)组织中的表达及在预后中的意义。方法:42例TNBC患者为TNBC组,随机抽取同期非TNBC42例为对照组,统计2组p53、Ki-67和E-cadherin的表达。结果:p53在TNBC组的表达率为76.19%(32/42),对照组为54.76%(23/42),差异有统计学意义,P=0.039。Ki-67在TNBC组的表达率为85.71%(36/42),对照组为61.90%(26/42),差异有统计学意义,P=0.013。E-cadherin在TNBC组的表达率为45.24%(19/42),对照组为66.67%(28/42),差异有统计学意义,P=0.048。结论:p53、Ki-67的高表达和E-cadherin的低表达与TNBC预后差密切相关。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the expressions of p53, Ki-67 and E-cadherin in triple-negative breast cancer （TNBC） and their prognostic significance. METHODS： The expressions of p53, Ki-67 and E-cadherin in 42 cases of TNBC were compared with those of 42 cases of non-TNBC by immunohistocbemical technology. RESULTS：The expression rate of p53 was 76. 19% （32/42） in the TNBC group and 54.76% （23/42） in the control group with a significant difference for their comparison （P= 0. 039）. The expression rate of Ki-67 was 85. 71%（36/42） in the TNBC group and 61.90% （26/42） in the control group with a significant difference for their comparison （P = 0. 013）. The expression rate of E-cadherin was 45.24%（19/42） in the TNBC group and 66.67%（28/42） in the control group with a significant difference for their comparison （P= 0. 048）. CONCLUSION： High expressions of p53, Ki-67 and lower expression of E-cadherin is correlated with the poor prognosis of TNBC
