经支气管镜微波治疗联合瘤体注射无水酒精治疗中央型肺癌疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨经支气管镜微波治疗联合瘤体注射无水酒精治疗中央型肺癌疗效。方法将65例中央型肺癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组两组,对照组32例采用单纯化疗治疗;治疗组33例在此基础上经支气管镜微波联合瘤体注射无水酒精联合治疗,治疗1个月。结果与对照组相比,治疗组的KPS评分及症状明显改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组病情较对照组有明显好转(P<0.05),而毒副反应轻微。结论经纤维支气管镜(FB)引导行微波组织凝固(MTC)联合无水酒精瘤内注射治疗中心型肺癌能有效缓解中、晚期中心型肺癌患者局部阻塞表现,减轻痛苦,提高生活质量,且毒副反应轻微。Objective To explore the bronchoscope microwave treatment joint pseudo aneurysm resection without water treatment of alcohol injection central lung cancer curative effect. Methods 65 patients with central lung cancer patients were randomLy divided into two groups. The control group 32 cases, chemotherapy treatment. 33 cases in treatment group, and based on this, the bronchoscope microwave joint pseudo aneurysm resection combined＇treatment without water injection alcohol for 1 month. Results Compared with the control group, the treatment group KPS score and the symptoms improved situation obviously better than the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The treatment group compared with the illness is improved significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ） .But side-effect of light. Conclusion Via fiber optic bronchoscope （ FB ） guide line microwave organization solidification （ MTC ） joint anhydrous alcohol tumor therapy center within that can effectively relieve tung cancer in patients with lung cancer, later center type local clogging performance, reduce pain, improve the quality of life, and slightly adverse reaction.
