高校教师向高职工程造价专业转型的研究和探索

摘　　要：随着社会和市场经济的发展,很多高校相继建立了工程造价专业。为了解决专业建立中师资的不足,需要从其他专业抽调部分教师到工程造价专业的教育教学中。因此,加快这些教师向工程造价专业转型的步伐成为当务之急。通过分析转型教师的特点,剖析了转型教师面临的机遇和挑战,指出尽快向工程造价专业转型的有效途径。With the development of society and market economy, many colleges and universities establish Project Construction Cost. In order to solve the dilemma of lacking professional teachers of Project Construction Cos, some teachers need to transfer to education of Project Construction Cost. Thus, how to accelerate the teachers suiting the Project Construction Cost becomes an important matter. In this paper , we analysis the feature of the transformations＇ teachers, analysis their opportunities and challenges, and point out the effective way for the teachers how to as quickly as possible to suit the Project Construction Cost .
