中药龙血竭片治疗脉络膜新生血管性病变临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药龙血竭片治疗脉络膜新生血管性病变的临床疗效。方法 2007年9月~2010年4月门诊及住院确诊的脉络膜新生血管性病变患者共23例26眼。其中,年龄相关性黄斑变性（渗出性）18眼,中心性渗出性脉络膜视网膜病变6眼,高度近视性视网膜病变（出血性）2眼。所有患者治疗前均需检查：最佳矫正视力、眼压、裂隙灯显微镜和荧光眼底血管造影（FFA）等,同时排除青光眼、白内障和糖尿病视网膜病变引起的视力改变的患者。采用龙血竭片口服,1日3次,1次1.6 g,连续服用3个月。分别于治疗后1个月、2个月和3个月复查,每次复查视力、眼压、晶状体和眼底情况。治疗3个月后另外还需复查FFA。每例患者均需观察3个月以上。结果治疗后痊愈21眼,占80.77%;显效5眼,占19.23%;无效0眼。结论中药龙血竭片是治疗脉络膜新生血管性病变的有效手段。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy on choroidal neovasularization treated with herbal medicine longxuejie tablets.Methods 23 outpatients and inpatients（26 eyes）were diagnosed as choroidal neovasularization from September 2007 to April 2010.Of them,18 eyes were diagnosed as age-related macular degeneration（exudative）,6 eyes were as central exudative chorioretinopathy and 2 eyes were as high-myopia retinopathy（hemorrhagic）.The examinations required for all the patients before treatment：best corrected visual acuity（BCDVA）,intraocular pressure（IOP）,slit lamp microscopy,fundus fluorescein angiography（FFA）and others.The cases with visual acuity changes induced by glaucoma,cataract and diabetic retinopathy were excluded.Longxuejie tablets were applied for oral administration,three times per day,1.6g each time,continuously for 3 months.The visual acuity,IOP,lens and fundus were re-examined in 1,2 and 3 months separately after treatment.Additionally,FFA was required to be examined in 3 months of treatment.Every patient should be observed over 3 months.Results After treatment,21 eyes were cured,accounting for 80.77%,5 eyes were effective remarkably,accounting for 19.23% and 0 eye was failed.Conclusion The application of herbal medicine longxuejie tablets is the effective mean in the treatment of choroidal neovasularization.
