摘 要:肿瘤热疗,即应用热能治疗肿瘤,是继手术、放疗、化疗、生物治疗后又一种重要的肿瘤治疗方法。本文概述了热疗的基本概念,系统介绍热疗对肿瘤细胞的直接杀伤、影响肿瘤侵袭转移、提高机体免疫力以及协同放、化疗作用等机理,同时介绍了肿瘤热疗的分子生物学机制,其中包括热休克蛋白(HSPs)的表达、信号通路转导以及耐药相关调控,并提出了肿瘤热疗的进一步研究方向。The term "hyperthermia" refers to the treatment of tumor by administering heat in various ways.As a promising cancer therapy other than chemotherapy and radiotherapy,hyperthermia becomes more important than ever.This article explains the basic concept of hyperthermia,gives an systematic introduction of the mechanism of direct cytotoxic effect to tumor cell,regulation of metastatic mechanisms,the synergism of hyperthermia in conjunction with radiation and drugs,and the effect of hyperthermia on inhibiting tumor invasion and metastasis and improving immunity of body.Meanwhile this article concerns the molecular mechanism of hyperthermia,including the expression of heat-shock proteins(HSPs),signal transduction,and modulation of drug resistance by hyperthermia,and then put forward the future research direction of hyperthermia.
