摘　　要：以多西紫杉醇为基础的化疗是目前激素难治性前列腺癌(HRPC)化疗的常用方法,但并未取得良好效果。近年来各种化疗方案及相关组合的研究报道不断更新,本文就近年的研究进展作一综述。The chemotherapy on the basis of docetaxel is commonly used in the treatment of hormone-refractory prostate cancer（HRPC） at present,but its efficacy is not good enough.In recent years,researches on various chemotherapy regimens and chemotherapy means are continuously updating.Therefore,this review aims to evaluate some new methods for chemotherapy.
