摘　　要：高等教育大众化时代,大学过多地受到了来自市场经济的诱惑而迷失了自身的精神价值。我国的大学应立足于现实,正确面对社会需求,保持自己的独立性和批判性,正确处理好科学教育与人文教育的关系,将西方大学的精神传统与中华民族的优秀文化传统相融合,以塑造具有我国特征的现代大学精神。In the era of popularization of higher education, universities have been so much tempted by market economy that it has been lost in its spiritual values. Universities in China should be based on reality, correctly face the needs of society, maintain their independence and criticalness, rightly handle the relationship between scientific education and humanistic education, integrate the spiritual tradition of universities in the West with the fine cultural traditions of Chinese nation so as to shape the modem university spirit with Chinese characteristics.
