摘　　要：美国社区学院职能转变的独特历程背后有着若干主流思想渊源。作为支撑社区学院职能转变的诱因,实用主义教育思想、高等教育大众化思想和"威斯康星思想"均对美国社区学院发展产生了深刻影响,更成为助推美国社区学院发展壮大的重要力量。Behind the unique history of American community college＇s function transformation are a number of mainstream thoughts. As the incentives to support community colleges to change functions, pragmatism of education, the thought of higher education for all and the ＂Wisconsin Idea＂ had all profound impact on the development of community colleges in America, and they are important force boosting the development and growth of community colleges in America.
