摘　　要：创建学习型党支部既是加强高校教师党支部建设的重要载体和长效机制,也是推进高校学习型党组织建设的重要基础和有效措施。有效开展组织学习是高校教师党支部创建学习型党组织的关键所在,组织学习的有效激励是有效开展高校教师党支部组织学习的重要手段。增强激励意识、夯实激励基础、优化激励环境、把握激励方法、强化激励效应是实现高校教师党支部组织学习有效激励的重要内容。Building learning type party branches is an important carrier and long-term mechanism for promoting the construction of teacher party branches in colleges,as well as an important foundation and an effective measure for the construction of the learning type party organizations in colleges.The effective organizational learning is a key to building learning type party organizations for teacher party branches in colleges,and the important means of conducting organizational learning in teacher party branches is the effective incentive.Enhancing motivation,reinforcing the incentive basis,optimizing incentive environment,grasping the incentive approach,and strengthening the incentive effects are the important contents of effective incentive.
