摘　　要：目的:观察Runx3蛋白在肠易激综合征(IBS)大鼠模型肠黏膜组织中的表达,探讨抑癌基因在IBS发病机制中的作用。方法:采用乙酸灌肠和束缚应激方法制造IBS大鼠模型,同时设立正常对照组,进行内脏敏感性评价后,用免疫组化的方法检测Runx3蛋白在IBS大鼠模型组和对照组肠黏膜组织中的表达情况。结果:两组IBS大鼠腹外斜肌收缩次数在不同扩张容量下均较对照组明显增加(P<0.05)。组织学分析显示各组大鼠均无明显炎症性表现。Runx3蛋白在各组肠黏膜组织均有表达,各组之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Runx3在IBS发病中的作用有待于进一步研究。Objective： To observe the expression of Runx3 protein in rat model with irritable bowel syndrome（IBS） and to investigate the inhibiting effect of Runx3 in the development of cancer.Methods： IBS rat models were induced by intracolonic instillation of acid or restraint stress methods,healthy control were also assigned.After visceral sensitivity of all three groups was detected,the expression of Runx3 protein was detected and compared by immunohistochemistry.Results： The contraction frequency of the abdominal muscle in two model groups was significantly enhanced as compared with that of the control group（P〈0.05）.No sign of inflammation was observed in any group.The expression of Runx3 protein in was detected in all groups without showing significant differences among each other（P〉0.05）.Conclusions： Influence of Runx3 protein in the progress of IBS needs father study.
