摘  要:通过对比液压电梯与牵引电梯的特点,说明其各项优势,综述了液压电梯在现代社会各个领域应用的广泛性,引述了装机功率和能耗大是制约液压电梯发展和应用的主要因素,节能成为近年来的研究热点。介绍了二次调节系统的工作原理和特点,在分析节流调速方式下的液压电梯系统的基础上,提出了基于二次调节的液压电梯调速系统,并详述了该系统的工况运行过程,充分分析了该系统的节能和高控制精度等优势,解决了节流调速下系统功率损耗和低控制精度的问题。Through comparing the characteristics between hydraulic elevator and traction elevator,their various advantages are expounded and the wide application of hydraulic elevator in modern social fields is summarized by citing that the main factors of restricting the development and application of the hydraulic elevator are high installation power and high power consumption,within which energy-saving becomes the hot research topic in recent years.Then the principle and characteristics of secondary regulation system are introduced in the text,in which hydraulic elevator governing system based on secondary regulation is presented based on analyzing hydraulic elevator system under throttle governing,as well as the process of the system is explained.Finally,advantages in energy conservation and high control accuracy are analyzed,which solve the problems of power loss and low control accuracy of hydraulic elevator system based on throttle governing.
