摘 要:铁路运输在我国国民经济中起着至关重要的作用,十二五期间,铁路将朝着高速重载方向发展。车轮作为铁路运输车辆重要零部件之一,对其质量与数量的要求变得越来越高。全模锻法制造的车轮具有金属力学性能好、几何尺寸精度高、金属切削量少、不平衡度及表面缺陷小等诸多优点。通过三维有限元分析软件Deform-3D对车轮全模锻加工工艺过程进行数值模拟仿真,得出车轮全模锻过程金属流动规律以及模具受力情况,该仿真结果为车轮全模锻实际生产提供理论依据。Rail transport played a vital role in China's national economy and heavy duty and high-speed rail will be future development in the twelfth five-period.The wheel as one of important parts for railway rolling stock,the requirements for quality and quantity become more and more high.As you know that wheel manufactured with whole die forging is characterized with advantages such as better mechanical performance,higher geometry size precision,less metal cutting as well as less unbalance and less surface defects.It numerical simulation for forming process of whole die forging railway wheel is carried out with three-dimensional finite element analysis software Deform-3D,thus metal flow law and force upon die in forging process of the wheel is obtained,which results provides theoretical basis for the whole die forging of railway wheel.
