摘　　要：介绍了采用光纤激光器、机器人、双工位加工汽车U型梁的一种方案。用于卡车、客车车架纵梁的高效率、高精度、柔性化、自动化激光切割。By use of fiber laser,robot and double stations,the forming process of U-beam of the truck has been introduced.This design is suitable for the flexible manufacture of the side member of truck and passenger car with high productivity and accuracy.
