泥蚶多倍体胚胎的激发诱导Ⅰ.低温与秋水仙素的诱导

摘　　要：用Ｌ９（３）４正交设计的低温休克诱导泥蚶三倍体的试验，结果表明，８～１２℃低温刺激均能获得三倍体胚胎，其中优化组合为处理温度８℃，处理时机在受精５ｍｉｎ后，处理时间为１ｍｉｎ，最高三倍体率为３８．２％．用Ｌ９（３）４正交设计的秋水仙素诱导泥蚶三倍体胚胎的试验表明，浓度为０．０５～０．２０ｇ／Ｌ的秋水仙素溶液均能获得三倍体胚胎，其中优化组合为处理浓度０．０５ｇ／Ｌ，处理时间在受精１０ｍｉｎ后，处理时间为２ｍｉｎ，最高三倍体率为２５．６％．Triploid induction by treatment of cold shocks during early development afterfertilization was attempted on Area granosa. The results indicate that highest triploidy is38.2% when the zygotes are treated with 8℃ for 1 min at 5 min after fertilization.It is also shown that the highest triploidy is 25.6% when the zygotes are treated with0.05 g/L for 2 min at 10 min after fertilization.
