摘 要:目的探讨血清NT-proBNP联合CK-MB、MYO、cTnI检测对急性心肌梗死的临床价值。方法测定113例急性心肌梗死患者和127例健康体检者血清NT-proBNP、CK-MB、MYO、cTnI含量,各组之间相互比较。结果急性心肌梗死患者血清中NT-proBNP、CK-MB、MYO、cTnI含量明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血清NT-proBNP与CK-MB、MYO、cTnI之间具有良好的正相关。结论 NT-proBNP联合CK-MB、MYO、cTnI不仅能提高AMI诊断的灵敏度和特异性,还可作为疗效观察的重要指标。Objective To evaluate the clinical value analysis of combined NT-proBNP,CK-MB,MYO,cTnI in acute myocardial infarction.Method Serum NT-proBNP,CK-MB,MYO,cTnI was measured in 113 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients and 127 the healthy persons and different group was compared each other.Result The level of NT-proBNP,CK-MB,MYO cTnI were significantly higher in AMI group than Healthy persons group(P0.05).In patients with AMI,significant positive correlation was found among NT-proBNP,CK-MB,MYO,cTnI.Conclusion The levels of NT-proBNP,CK-MB,MYO,cTnI have very high diagnosis value in AMI,combined detection can improve the sensitivity and specificity,and were also the valuable index in curative effect.
