摘 要:根据好氧硝化和缺氧反硝化生物脱氮除碳原理,设计了新型的一体化A/O生物膜法反应器,并将该工艺用于生活污水净化处理实验。研究了水力停留时间(HRT)和溶解氧(DO)质量浓度对生活污水除碳脱氮效果的影响。结果表明DO是影响一体化A/O工艺除碳脱氮的重要因素,当好氧区DO为5 mg/L左右时,一体化A/O工艺具有良好的碳化作用、硝化作用和反硝化脱氮功能。在HRT为12 h,好氧区DO为5 mg/L左右,进水COD小于700 mg/L,TN小于80 mg/L,pH为6.8~8.5条件下,生活污水经该工艺处理后,COD、NH 4+-N和TN平均去除率分别达到95.5%、80.2%和68.8%,出水COD、NH4+-N和TN平均质量浓度分别为16.4、8.61和14 mg/L。According to the principle of biological removal for carbon and nitrogen in anoxic/oxic(A/O) process,a novel integrated biofilm A/O reactor was designed and used to treat domestic sewage.The influences of hydraulic retention time(HRT) and dissolved oxygen(DO) mass concentration on removal efficiencies for carbon and nitrogen in domestic sewage were investigated.The experimental results show that the DO is a key factor affecting on carbon and nitrogen removal from the sewage in the integrated A/O process,and the process can simultaneously carry out carbonaceous removal,nitrification and denitrification in one unit under DO mass concentration of oxic zone about 5 mg/L.The results also show that,when the HRT is 12 h,the DO is about 5 mg/L,the influent mass concentrations of COD and TN are less than 700 mg/L and 80 mg/L,respectively,after the integrated A/O process treatment,the average removal efficiency of COD,NH+4-N and TN reach 95.5%,80.2% and 68.8%,respectively,and the average mass concentrations of COD,NH+4-N and TN in the effluent are 16.4,8.61 and 14.0 mg/L,respectively.
