摘　　要：采用Ｎｄ－ＹＡＧ激光手术治疗早期边缘性牙周炎１１６ 例， 术后随访观察６ 个月～５ 年， 除４ 例复发外余无复发。作者认为Ｎｄ－ＹＡＧ激光手术治疗早期边缘性牙周炎， 操作简便易行， 集切割、止血、缝合为一体， 大大减少了手术程序， 且疗效好，cases ofearly m arginalperiodontitis w ere treated by Nd-YAG laser. Follow - up w as lasted 6 m onths to 5 years. It w as found that only 4 cases w ere relapsed after operation. Treatm ent of early m arginalperiodontitis by Nd-YAG laser w as a sim ple and practicalw ay. The m ethod w as com bined w ith resection, hem ostasia and suture, greatly sim plifying the procedures of operation. For good effects, the patients w ere easy to recept it.
