摘　　要：军事心理训练人才队伍建设首先要把握加强军事心理训练人才队伍建设的客观依据;其次应遵循军事心理训练人才队伍建设的基本标准;最后要明确加强军事心理训练人才队伍建设的合理途径。In view of the military psychology training on talent＇s building,first,it is to strengthen the objective basis in military psychological talent＇s building of contingent;Second,to be followed the basic standard;Third,it needs clear rational route to strengthen the military psychological talent team building.
