摘  要:为了研究肿瘤转移的异质性,本实验通过使用单细胞克隆化技术,从体外培养的Lewis肺癌细胞中选出B、f 两亚细胞株,分别对它们进行扩大培养,再将其注射于小鼠足掌,发现B 细胞株的致瘤性和肺自发转移结节数均显著高于f 细胞株。进一步观察两株细胞其它方面的生物学特性发现:B细胞株体积大,粘附性差,呈铺展性生长。f 细胞株体积小,粘附性强。且B细胞株和较低浓度的ConA 发生凝集反应,而f 细胞株则在较高浓度ConA 中才发生凝集反应。这一结果提示:肿瘤细胞是由生物学特性不同的细胞亚群组成。In order to study tumor heterogeneity,two series of clones (strain B,and f) were selected in vitro from the LLC cell line by the single cell cloning technique.Two strains were cultivated largely in vitro and inoculated into the foot pad of the syngeneic C 57 BL/6 mice.The tumorigenicity and metastatic ability in strain B were considerable higher than that in strain f.By observating other biological characteristics,it was found that the shape adhersion ability and growing style of cells were different between strains B and f,the lectin reactivity was occured between strain B and lower quantitative ConA,and between strain f and higher quantitative ConA.These results suggested that tumor cell are consist of sub clone of difference in biological characteristics.
