联合高剂量干扰素治疗晚期肿瘤临床观察

摘　　要：自本世纪８０ 年代初Ｇｕｅｓａｄａ 等人应用ＩＦＮ－ ａｂ 治疗毛细胞白血病以来，“最新生物疗法”在晚期肿瘤的临床应用颇为人们所重视。我们从１９８８ 年开始采用高剂量干扰素合并化学药物治疗恶性肿瘤３３ 例，可评病例３０ 例，结果显示治疗组有效率占７６－７ ％ ，对照组有效率为５１－７ ％ ，ｘ２＝ ４００ ，Ｐ＜ ０－０５ ，毒付反应有头晕、头痛、发热，肝功异常外，无肾功改变，认为高剂量干扰素对肿瘤细胞有直接调节作用，调控宿主对肿瘤的免疫反应和改变宿主与肿瘤的相互作用。The latest biological therapy” has become popularin treating advanced tumours Since Guesada succeeded in treating Leukemia with interferon early in 1980. We have treated advanced tumours. by combining high dose interferon(IFN-a-2b) with chemotherapy since 1988. The resnlts suggested that effective rate in treatment group is 76.7% While in control group is 51.7%, x 2=4.00, P<0.05 . Meanwhile, it was exhibited that IFN-α-2b was capable of enhancing humoral immunity There was no obvious side-effect except slight nausea, headache ,fever,local pain and liver functions sbnormal.
