灯盏花对实验性肝纤维化大鼠血清和肝匀浆中透明质酸和层粘蛋白含量的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察灯盏花对实验性肝纤维化大鼠血清和肝匀浆中透明质酸和层粘蛋白含量的影响，探讨灯盏花有无抗肝纤维化作用。方法　用四氯化碳制成实验性肝纤维化造模大鼠，部分使用灯盏花注射液腹腔注射，分期分批处死大鼠，采用放免法，分别测定血清和肝匀浆中透明质酸和层粘蛋白含量。结果　灯盏花治疗组大鼠血清及肝匀浆中透明质酸和层粘蛋白含量较单纯造模大鼠含量为低，且差异显著。结论　灯盏花能抑制四氯化碳所致大鼠肝纤维化的进程，有一定抗肝纤维化作用。Objective To observe the effecting on the content of HA and LN in serum and liver homogenate of experimental lnver fibrogenesis rats,and inguire wether the Deng Zhan Hua is provided with anti-liverfibrogenesis affect.Methods Some experimental liverfibrogenesis rats with CCL 4 is accepted abdomital cavity injection with Deng Zhan-Hua and some is accepted without Deng Zhan-Hua,both these rats killed accounding to different time and adopted RIA to detecte the content's of HA and LN in serum and liver homogenate.Results The content's of HA and LN in therapeutic group with Deng Zhan-Hua are lower than in simple model group with CCl 4.Their difference is distinct.Conclusion the result shows the Deng Zhan-Hua can restrain the liverfibrogenesis process caused by CCl 4 and have the affect of antiliverfibrogenesis.
