裂隙粘结加金瓷全冠修复磨牙根管治疗后冠根纵折的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察裂隙粘结加金瓷全冠修复磨牙根管治疗后冠根纵折修复的临床效果。方法将根管治疗后磨牙纵裂114例(114颗牙),随机分为两组。粘结组56例,充填根管口,备牙,制作金瓷全冠。置玻璃离子水门汀于裂隙内,基牙两侧尽量加压靠拢,再立即粘结金瓷全冠。捆扎法组58例,清洁,复位,捆扎纵裂牙,光固化树脂封闭髓室底裂隙,充填,备牙,取模,制作并戴入金瓷全冠。结果粘结组成功率89.29%,捆扎组成功率91.38%,两组疗效比较差异无显著性。结论磨牙根管治疗后完全纵折治疗方法中,裂隙粘结法只要完善的根管治疗和妥善的根管口封闭,裂隙粘结法与捆扎法具有同样的疗效。Objective To observe the curative effect of bonded Fracture and procelain fused to metall（PFM）,crown of molars with vertical fracture after pulp treatment.Methods 114 cases with molars vertically fractured.They were randomly divided into two groups.Experiment group（bonding method）56 cases.Fill root canal orifice.Prepare tooth and produce PFM crown.Put the mixed glass ionomer cement in the fracture.Reset both sides of the teeth.Bond fracture and bond PFM crown.For the fixed group 58 cases,the teeth treated with cleaning,reseting,binding,and closing the bulp chamber with light cured resin,then followed by tooth preparation,produce PFM crown and banding.Results Effective rate of fixed group is 89.29%,and which is 91.38% in bonding group.There are no significant difference by statistical analysis（P〉0.05）.Conclusion As long as the complete root canal treatment and root canal orifice closed,the method of bonded vertical fracture is as effective as fixed method.
