高校管理干部队伍建设的问题与对策探讨

摘　　要：文章从高校管理干部队伍建设的现状尤其是存在的主要问题入手,深刻分析了当前高校管理干部队伍建设存在的问题及其原因,进而提出加强高校管理干部队伍建设的对策和建议。文章强调要树立管理干部也是高校重要人才的观念,提出要加大管理干部的学习培训和培养力度,重点阐述了深化干部人事制度改革的方法与途径。This paper first describes the status,especially the problems of the managerial staff team construction in the university and analyzes the reasons of the problems.Then it mainly discusses the ways of deepening the reform of the cadre and personnel system.The paper points out emphatically that the managerial staff is an important part of the university talents and suggests that more efforts should be put on the training and developing of the managerial staff.
