略论消防部队如何掌握公共消防安全事件的话语权

摘　　要：文章从多起公共消防安全事件中,引出消防部队在舆论引导上感到的压力和危机,认为,消防部队还不能适应信息社会的发展,其实质就是没有很好地满足公民的知情权。要满足公民的知情权,就要在做好公共消防安全事件的基础上,通过主动作为,建设制度,加强沟通,以掌握话语权,为社会安定稳定作出应有的贡献。Based on many fire incidents,this paper discusses the pressure and the crisis which come from the fire brigade＇s guidance of the public opinion.The public opinions indicate that the Fire Brigatle is still unable to meet the development of the information society,whose essence is that it cannot very well meet the citizen＇s right to know.To meet the citizen＇s right to know,it is necessary to grasp the right to speak on the basis of doing a good gob in the events of public fire safety and by means of working actively,establishing systems and strengthening communication so as to make contributions to the stability of the society.
