摘 要:将弹性共聚物PBA-g-PMMA与纳米SiO2在130~150℃温度下于双螺杆挤出机中混合制得了共混物.研究表明,随着共聚物的分子量、大分子单体数量及其分子量及纳米SiO2含量的增加,共混物的抗张强度和300%伸长时模量增强,而断裂伸长和永久形变下降.研究显示,当纳米SiO2与二元共聚物的质量比达3%,共混物的抗张强度和300%伸长时模量达到最大值;质量比在3%以上,随着纳米SiO2比例增加,共混物的抗张强度和300%伸长时模量会下降,而其永久形变没有变化.Blends were obtained by elastomeric copolymers, which were prepared by copolymerization of PMMA macromonomer, butyl acrylate in benzene using AIBN as initiator, mixing with nano-silica in double-screw extruder at 130-150 ℃. The tensile strength and modulus at 300% elongation of blends increase while ultimate elongation and permanent set decrease with molecular weight of copolymer, amount of PMMA macromonomer of copolymer, molecular weight of PMMA macromonomer, and nano-silica charged increase, respectively. The research also shows that tensile strength and modulus at 300% elongation of blends reach to maximum while mass ratio of nano-SiO2 to copolymer is up to 3%, and tensile strength and modulus at 300% elongation of blends decline and permanent set has no change as mass ratio of nano-SiO2 to copolymer is above 3%.
