摘  要:分析了在研制钵育秧抛秧机过程中的相关技术问题,利用四周的窝眼固定钵育秧盘的固定方式以解决水稻钵育秧盘太软使其难以在钵育秧抛秧机上固定的问题,利用管式防风漏秧器以解决钵育秧苗的落秧秧苗受风的影响较大而导致漏插率和直立度误差的问题,利用滑板式仿形开沟器以解决栽植深度不够的问题。钵育秧水稻抛秧机的优化设计对加快水稻种植机械的发展步伐,提高水稻种植的机械化水平,提高土地产出率和水稻种植的劳动生产率及增加我国水稻种植的效益具有重要的意义。Many technical problems were analyzed in the process of developing the bowl growing rice seedling throwing.There is the problem is that the rice seedling growing tray is too soft,which makes it difficult to fix in the bowl throwing machine,so the new fixed way to sovle the problem is the way of eyes-nest fixed the bowl growing tray around.The use of tube-type anti-wind leaking tray machine solve the problem of the impact of wind in the fall seedlings process.The slip plate type anti-shaped furrow opener sovle the problem of planting depth not enough.The optimum design of the bowl growing throwing machine accelerate the development pace of rice cultivation,raise the mechanization level of rice planting,improve the ratio of land-output and the labor productivity in rice cultivation,which has an important significance of improving benefit in China.
