摘　　要：铜版纸和涂布白卡纸是高档印刷品的主要承印介质。印刷过程中经常发现不同品牌甚至同一厂家不同批次的纸张印刷质量呈现出很大差异。本文通过分析单张胶印中油墨与纸张的相互作用,讨论了引起印刷缺陷的原因,包括油墨干燥不良、掉粉、水干扰与逆传递印刷色斑等,提出造纸厂家及印刷工作者应该采取的根治或减轻不同印刷缺陷的措施。Coated paper and board are widely used to reproduce high quality printed images.However,printers often find different print quality when the same job is printed using papers or boards from different suppliers.What are the most important characteristics that cause papers to perform differently during printing？ By analyzing ink paper interactions,this work discussed paper properties that may cause printing defects,and proposed trouble-shooting approaches that can be used by both printers and papermakers to eliminate or reduce these printing defects.
