摘　　要：实施校内院部教学工作评价,是创新教学质量监控模式,提高教育教学质量和管理水平的有效措施。从湖南工业大学的教学实践看,评价工作要取得实效,必须理清评价思路,合理设置指标体系,创新方法和途径,适时开展效果评价,要注意建立建全教学工作状态数据库和奖惩机制,注意评价结果的反馈和特色的培养。College and department teaching evaluation,an innovation in teaching quality control model,is an effective measure to enhance the education quality of a university.The practice of Hunan University of Technology suggests that the maturity of evaluation plan and indicator system,the innovation in evaluation methods and proper timing of implementation are the prerequisites for the actual effects of teaching evaluation.Database of teaching and rewards and punishment system should be established and perfected.Attention should also be paid to the feedback of teaching evaluation and the cultivation of teaching features.
