摘　　要：如何更好地优化学校的育人环境?结合长期从事宿舍管理的实践与经验,通过思想品德教育进宿舍、安全防范教育进宿舍和认真执行宿舍管理规定等办法,用"心",用"爱",用"规矩",温暖、影响、激励、规范学生,实践证明,对学校的育人及校园稳定有很好的作用。The study proposes a set of college-student-dormitory administrative methods for optimizing the environment in cultivating students＇ moral and ideological health.Developed from the author＇s long-term practice and experiences in the administration and management of student dormitory,these methods include： in-dormitory ideology/moral education,in-dormitory security/vigilance education,and the education for students＇ strict and conscientious observing the dormitory regulations.The principles underlying these methods are ＂heart-felt feeling＂,＂love＂,and ＂discipline＂,through which students feel warm,influenced,encouraged and disciplined.Tested by practice,it is evident that these administrative methods play an important role in ideology education and in the stability of the campus.
