摘　　要：对６８ 例复杂性视网膜脱离患者行玻璃体切割联合硅油充填手术， 成功率９５％ 。手术配合要点： 术前访视病人、散瞳、调试有关设备和仪器， 准备专用材料和配制灌注液； 术中对心率和血氧饱和度进行监护，根据手术进度随时调整仪器的各项参数； 术毕按顺序关闭仪器， 清洗各种头端和管道， 对与硅油接触过的器械进行单独清洗。Vitrectomy combined with silicon oil filling for 68 cases of complicated retinal detachment was performed with the successful rate being 95%. The following operative coordination points were summarized. Before operation, the patients were visited, the pupils dilated, the machines adjusted, and the consumptive stuff and irrigate solution prepared. During operation, the ECG and blood oxygen saturation were monitored, and the constants of machines changed according to the operative procedures. After operation, the machines were closed orderly, various ends and tubes cleaned, and the instrument which touched silicon oil was cleaned lonely.\;
