摘  要:目的利用具有"一主干多分支"特征的化学去细胞同种异体神经(CEAN)修复大鼠面神经缺损并评价修复效果。方法取成年SD大鼠双侧面神经进行去细胞同种异体面神经制备和自体面神经冻融处理并进行结构评价。取成年雄性SD大鼠30只,制备大鼠左侧面神经10 mm缺损模型,随机分成3组(n=10),分别为采用自体神经移植组(A组)、去细胞同种异体面神经移植(CEANA)组(B组)和自体神经液氮冷冻组(C组),术后行大体观察和组织学观察。结果利用化学法可制备出保留天然成分和空间结构的具有"一干多支"特征的CEAN。术后12周,A组、B组有髓神经纤维总数均优于C组(P<0.05),A组与B组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论保留天然成分和空间结构的具有"一干多支"特征的CEANA可用于修复大鼠全面神经缺损的治疗,具有同自体神经移植相似的修复效果。Objective To observe the effect of chemical extracted acellular nerve allograft(CEANA) on functional recovery of facial nerve allograft in rats.Methods Freeze-thawed and CEANA of facial nerves were prepared and evaluated the structure before experiment.30 SD rats were divided into three groups: autograph group,freeze-thawed facial autograft group and CEANA group.The nerve regeneration results were detected and evaluated at 12 postoperative weeks.Results Facial nerve of CEANA was stained well structure of normal nerve,which had "single to multiple" structure.12 postoperative weeks later the total number of the myelinated axons was counted,and the CEANA group revealed better regeneration than that in the other two groups.Conclusion The experimental results provide a promising alternative to autograft in repair of the defects in the non-single trunk nerves.
