摘　　要：图书馆弃传统借阅的管理模式,采取全开放,实行藏、阅、借、咨合一,实现了零距离服务,最大程度满足了读者的需要,使文献信息资源得到充分利用,也给书库管理提出了新的要求。The library has given up the traditional administrative mode. Instead, it has adopted an open administrative mode, and achieved a seamless service with the combination of storing, reading, borrowing and consulting. This mode satisfies the needs of the reader at utmost, and enables the resources of documentary information to be fully used and also puts forward new demands to the administration of the stack room.
