高职院校毕业生就业成本与就业率的关系

摘　　要：高职院校毕业生就业成本的各要素对能否获得职业机会以及职业机会的质量的影响明显不一致。学生自身的就业成本占主导地位,同时学生在服装、简历等的对外展示费用对入职也起到了很突出的作用,另外学校直接成本如培训指导费和企业的成本也对高职毕业生就业有促进作用。最后,针对模型得出的结论提出了相关策略建议。It is inconsistent that the various elements in the cost of employment in vocational graduates and the availability of job opportunities and employment prospect.Students＇ own cost for employment takes the main part of the expenses;the cost in students＇ clothing,resume plays a prominent role in landing a job as well.In the meantime,other direct costs such as school training and guidance also can promote the employment of vocational graduates.In addition,the paper put has put forward relevant policy recommendations through a model.
