摘  要:加强和改革实验教学环节是培养和提高学生综合能力的有效途径。绍兴文理学院在微生物实验教学中,通过以科研课题的形式安排实验内容和顺序,鼓励学生进行科研课题联想,开放实验室、开设研究设计性实验,从生产实践中感受微生物科研和实验知识的应用等手段,使微生物实验教学与科研课题相结合,有助于提高学生的实践创新能力。In higher education,strengthening and reforming experimental teaching was effective way to cultivate and enhance students' comprehensive ability.To make teaching combined with research,microbiology experimental content and order was arranged in the form of scientific research,students were encouraged to associate with research.The laboratory was open,design experiments were offered,and students were asked to participate in productive practice.The combination of teaching and scientific research could cultivate and enhance students' comprehensive ability.
