摘　　要：综述了国内外尼古丁降解菌的主要菌属及Arthrobacter nicotinovorans菌代谢尼古丁途径的酶学、分子生物学机理研究进展,并对其在未来工业上可能的应用进行展望,以期为我国烟草科学研究、尼古丁污染生物修复和降解菌的应用提供参考。A general outline of nicotine catabolism by these bacteria was presented,followed by an emphasis on new insights based on enzyme and molecular biology obtained with the catabolism of Arthrobacter nicotinovorans.Potential implications of the progress in understanding of bacterial breakdown of nicotine for technological applications were also discussed.Above of all was summarized,so as to provide base information for tobacco science,bioremediation of nicotine pollutions and other application.
