摘　　要：为实现应用性本科院校物流管理专业人才培养的目标,应加强物流管理专业学生实践训练。本科物流管理专业实训分为物流管理专业课程教学阶段以及毕业实习阶段,两阶段实训采取不同的形式。还对实践教学的设计、师资培养和教材的编写和实训基地的建设环节进行了研究。To realize the target of professional tlents training for logistics management of application-oriented undergraduate colleges,we should strengthen the professional training.There are two stages of the professional practice for logistics management：logistics management course teaching stage and graduation practice stage.Two phase training take different forms.Also study on the design of practice teaching,teacher training and the compiliation of the teaching material and construction of practice training bases.
