涎腺腺样囊性癌组织中ILK和E-cadherin的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨整合素连接激酶(integrin-linked kinase,ILK)和上皮型钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)在涎腺腺样囊性癌(salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma,SACC)组织中的表达及其意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测ILK和E-cadherin在SACC及正常涎腺组织中的表达。结果:ILK在SACC中表达,ILK的表达与SACC临床病理分型不相关(P>0.05),与TNM分期有关,在发生神经侵犯及远处转移的病例中,ILK的表达明显增加(P<0.05);与正常涎腺组织相比,E-cadherin在SACC中表达下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),E-cadherin表达与不同组织病理学类型有关,且在实体型、发生神经侵犯及远处转移的病例中,E-cadherin表达下降更明显(P<0.05);ILK与E-cadherin的表达呈负相关(r=-0.768,P<0.001)。结论:SACC组织中ILK表达上调而E-cadherin表达降低,有望成为临床判断涎腺腺样囊性癌恶性程度、评估预后的潜在指标。Objective： To investigate the expression of integrin-linked kinase（ILK） and epithelial-cadherin（E-cadherin） in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma（SACC） tissues and exploring its clinical significance.Methods： 49 SACC cases and 6 normal salivary gland tissues were examined by immunohistochemistry SP method.Results： ILK expressed in SACC but no relation with clinical pathology（P0.05）,ILK expression had correlated with tumor TNM stage.ILK expression was significantly intensified in nerve invasion and distant metastasis cases（P0.05）.E-cadherin expression rate was 61.2%（30/49）.E-cadherin expression was statistically weak in the SACC cases compared with normal salivary glands（P0.05）.The E-cadherin expression was associated with different histopathological types,and was lower in solid type,nerve invasion cases and distant metastasis cases.There was a negative correlation between ILK and E-cadherin expression in SACC（r=-0.768,P0.001）.Conclusion： ILK expression is increased and E-cadherin expression decreased in SACC compared to normal salivary gland tissues.
