摘　　要：毕业设计(论文)是工科专业最后的一个重要实践性教学环节,也是对高校办学水平和教师素质的综合检验。针对农水专业校外毕业设计(论文)的现状进行了探讨,并对其中存在的问题进行了剖析,最后制定了相应的对策,目的在于有效提高农水专业校外毕业设计(论文)的质量。Diploma Project（Dissertation） is not only the last and important practicality link of engineering major,but it is also a comprehensive test of a college and teachers＇ quality.Firstly,current situation of irrigation specialty in our clloege was analyzed in this article.Secondly,the existing problems in diploma project（dissertation） base outside college was dissected deeply.Lastly,relevant solutions were established.The writer wrote the article to increase the quality of diploma project（Dissertation） of water conservancy Specialty and the quality of teaching in our clloege.
