摘　　要：教学计划进程安排是一项涉及面很广的系统工程,其制订的优劣直接影响到教学效果。设计结构矩阵是目前应用于工程任务管理的有效方法,特别适用于并行工程任务的管理。在对教学计划系统分析的基础上,采用设计结构矩阵对教学计划进程的安排建立数学模型,然后用数学方法分析解耦,进而获得优化的教学计划进程安排表。这一方法解决了以往制订教学计划中存在的周期长、人为因素影响较大的缺点,使决策更加科学且便于管理。Formulation of training program is a systematical engineering.It simply affects the performance of teaching project.Design Structure Matrix is a useful system analyzing tool developed by D.V Steward which has been wildly used in engineering management.In our research,it was used to set up a mathematical model of the training program.After a series of mathematical analysis,aided by computer program,the optimum training program was obtained.This method will largely enhance the education management.
