摘　　要：国民政府兵工署成立后,其军工教育体系就逐步完备起来。不仅建立了相关的规章制度,还建立了从初级技工到高级军工制造人才培养的一整套体系,促进了国民政府军工制造业的发展。After the establishment of the National Government＇s department of War Industries,the military industry education system had gradually perfected.Not only established the relevant rules and regulations,but also established the personnel training system from primary to senior military manufacturer,strongly promoted the development of military industry at that time.
