摘 要:目的检测临床常用的钴铬合金、镍铬合金、金合金及其两两合用时的细胞毒性。方法将L-929细胞在含3种合金材料或其两两组合的浸提液中培养后,采用MTT实验评定3种材料单独应用以及两两合用时的细胞毒性。结果镍铬合金的细胞毒性高于钴铬合金和金合金,金合金的细胞毒性最小。钴铬合金和金合金分别与镍铬合金组合后,其细胞毒性较钴铬合金和金合金单独应用时增加,比镍铬合金单独应用时降低;钴铬合金与金合金组合后,其细胞毒性较钴铬合金单独应用时减小。但这3种合金单独应用和两两组合应用时细胞毒性的差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 3种合金及其两两相互作用时仅具有极微弱的细胞毒性,在临床应用允许范围内。Objective To investigate the cytotoxicity of 3 kinds of dental alloys Co-Cr,Ni-Cr,Au-Au and their coupled groups.Methods MTT assay was used to evaluate the cytotoxicity of these alloys and their interaction on L-929 cell line.Results The absorbance values of Co-Cr,Ni-Cr,Au-Au and their coupled groups were lower than that of the control.The cytotoxicity of Ni-Cr was higher than those of Co-Cr and Au-Au,Au-Au being the lowest.The cytotoxicity increased when Co-Cr alloy or golden alloy was coupled with Ni-Cr alloy,while the cytotoxicity reduced when Ni-Cr or Co-Cr alloy was coupled with golden alloy.Conclusion The three kinds of alloy and their coupled groups have minimal cytotoxicity,which meet the safety standard.This indicates that the alloy of same low toxicity should be used for restoration and the golden alloy is preferred in the need of different alloys.
