摘  要:目的评价MTA和光固化氢氧化钙修复比格犬牙齿髓室底穿孔的效果。方法 3只成年比格犬的36颗前磨牙根管治疗后做髓室底穿孔模型,随机分为两组,分别采用MTA和光固化氢氧化钙修复穿孔。另外24颗磨牙根管治疗后随机分为阳性和阴性对照组,阳性对照组做髓室底穿孔模型后以聚氯乙烯膜覆盖穿孔,阴性对照组不穿孔。分别于术后1、4、12周进行牙周检查及X线影像学评价。结果术后1周,各组牙周及X线片检查未见异常。术后4周,两实验组各12例牙周未见异常,各6例牙周破坏,所有样本不同程度骨质破坏;阳性对照组12例牙周破坏伴重度骨质破坏。术后12周,两实验组各12例牙周未见异常,MTA组3例、氢氧化钙组6例无骨破坏,MTA组9例、氢氧化钙组6例骨破坏减轻;两组各6例牙周及骨破坏加重。阳性对照组牙周及骨破坏加重。阴性对照组始终未见异常。两实验组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MTA和光固化氢氧化钙修复比格犬牙齿髓室底穿孔的效果相似。Objective To investigate the effect of MTA and Cav-Hycal for the repair of beagle dogs′furcation perforations.Methods Thirty-six premolars of three adult beagle dogs with the root canals filled were randomly divided into two groups.Furcation perforations were made and repaired with either MTA or Cav-Hycal.Twenty-four molars served as the positive and negative contros.Furcation perforations were made and covered with polyvinychlorid in positive control and no furcation perforations were made in negative control.The periodontal status were evaluated 1,4 and 12 weeks after treatment.Results At one week,all experimental teeth showed normal.At 4 weeks,minor to severe bone loss were observed in the two experimental groups.The teeth in positive group showed periodontal pockets with severe bone loss.At 12 weeks,the bone defects were entirely or partly repaired in 12 cases of either MTA or Cav-Hycal group with no periodontal pockets.The bone defects in the positive control group became bigger and the periodontal pockets became deeper.The teeth in negative control group showed nomal.There was no significant difference between MTA and Cav-Hycal group(P0.05).Conclusion The effect of MTA and Cav-Hycal on the repair of furcation perforations in beagle dogs was similar.
