摘　　要：腮腺囊肿是一种相对少见的唾液腺囊肿,分为潴留性囊肿与先天性囊肿,在腮腺主导管形成的潴留性囊肿极为罕见。本文报告1例37岁男性病例,表现为右侧颊部的无痛性肿物,全麻下行腮腺浅叶切除术,术后组织病理学检查证实为腮腺主导管囊肿。本文结合有关文献,对其病因、病理学特征、鉴别诊断和治疗等进行讨论。Parotid gland cyst can be congenital or acquired,which is rarely seen in clinic.Cysts in the main duct of the parotid gland are especially rare.We reported a 37-year-old man who presented with a painless mass on the right cheek.Superficial parotidectomy was performed and histopathologic examination of the specimen revealed a main parotid duct cyst.The clinical features,diagnosis,and treatment of the case were discussed and the relevant literatures were reviewed.Supported by Research Fund of Science and Technology Bureau of Qingdao City（08-2-1-5-nsh）.
