摘　　要：目的:探讨消遥丸与抗精神病药联合治疗女性精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法,分析我院收治的女性精神分裂症患者的临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为对照组(抗精神病药治疗组)35例和观察组(消遥丸与抗精神病药联合治疗组)50例。结果:观察组阳性和阴性症状评分均明显低于对照组,观察组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论:消遥丸与抗精神病药联合治疗女性精神分裂症临床疗效明显,预后良好,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To investigate the sanction of pills and antipsychotic efficacy of combined treatment of female schizophrenia.Methods：A retrospective analysis,women were admitted in our hospital clinical data of patients with schizophrenia,according to treatment were divided into control group（antipsychotic treatment group） 35 cases and the observation group（the sanction of pills combined with antipsychotic treatment group） 50 cases.The positive and negative results observed symptom scores were significantly lower than the control group,the clinical observation group was significantly higher than the total effective rate,P0.05,differences were statistically significant.Conclusion：Impunity pills and antipsychotic combination therapy of women with schizophrenia clinical efficacy,prognosis is good,worthy of clinical application.
